I think mediocre is kind of the standard. In other words service just good enough that the customer has very little basis to complain to management. One of the things I like about this whole blogging business is that I get to control the level of service that I give to my customers. All of your points mentioned are excellent in terms of providing a foundation for an excellent experience for your customers. I don’t think exceptional customer service is common. I think mediocre is kind of the standard. In other words service just good enough that the customer has very little basis to complain to management.

One of the things I like about this whole blogging business is that I get to control the level of service that I give to my customers. All of your points mentioned are excellent in terms of providing a foundation for an excellent experience for your customers.

Successful blogs will pay attention to these tenets and incorporate them as part of their customer service standards
